Today is actually my birthday. I’m eighteen years old! I’m posting a day late so I can celebrate my birthday with you:)
So, I’m handing out virtual cupcakes today.
So, what better birthday present than to present you the final snippet of All of You: An Encanto Fanfiction?

The days passed slowly as the town rebuilt itself after the attack and mourned Abuela’s death. She had been the anchor of their town, the founder. And now she was gone, with Mirabel—the one they assumed had no gift but in actuality had the best gift of all—as the candleholder.
Of course, life was different—Dolores and Mariano prepared for their wedding (they courted for a few weeks before Mariano proposed for the second time), and Anita and Bruno were getting to know each other far more.
In fact, on Dolores and Mariano’s wedding day a year later, Bruno proposed—albeit awkwardly—to Anita. And they married not long after, and Miguela became a part of the family for real.
All of them—Julieta, Augustin, Isabela, Mariano, Luisa, Mirabel, Pepa, Felix, Dolores, Camilo, Antonio, Bruno, Anita, and Miguela—seemed to find life to be normal, even though their hearts hurt at the loss of Abuela.
Mirabel had a gift, a gift that affected all of them. Without her, the magic would break—again. She couldn’t let that happen. She wouldn’t. She would be the kind of person who accepted those for who they were, not who she wanted them to be. She knew all too well that feeling of not being good enough.
She was the candleholder, and she would guard all of their magic.
